Reservations

The PleX booking interface can be used by internal and external reservation staff, providing maximum flexibility and reservation functionality. PleX is extremely intuitive and has been designed to maximize the number of bookings that can be made.

Our Reservations functionality includes:

• Flexible, Fixed and suggested itinerary packages
• Single or Multi City packages
• Direct support for all types of travel product including flights, accommodation, packages, tours, attractions, transfers, insurance and car rental
• Ability to create modular itineraries and develop vacations for FIT, Tours, Multi Center Dynamic Packages and Groups.
• Multiple flight connections (including Sabre, Travelport and Amadeus GDS) for managing PNRs without the need for GDS training
• The ability to manipulate prices, margins and product combination at point of sale

Online

PleX allows the online channel to be developed with all the PleX functionality being exposed on the web.

We can allow our customer to segment their market by offering different prices, packages, commissions, margins and products through different sales channels. This is particularly effective with a web sales strategy.

Why not offer a discount for direct sales? Or a increase in commission for selling a combination of products?

The sites which we build are based upon the same ‘real-time’ technology which PleX is built upon. This means fast searching of dynamic content and packaging. Modern design ideas are included such as 'Google' mapping, intelligent product filtering e.g. price sliders, content de-duplication and product promotion and biasing. We can also offer access to our XML APIs, so you can create your own.

Our online sites can be controlled via our CMS or integrated into an existing website. Create static pages with dynamic offers which can be indexed by your SEO for a Google search.

Contracting

PleX is known for being able to handle even the most complex of contracted rates. Using our simple ‘one-upload’ functionality, our customers are able to load, manage and version their contracts seamlessly and easily.

The product loading is a massive time-saver. The loading of the contract into PleX enables our clients to be able to add pricing, promotion packaging and loyalty rules and sell the particular product allocation through the appropriate sales channels. It is often stated that the time spent loading the product, provides the validation at point of sale, meaning that your sales people can concentrate on selling vacations and not having an administrative burden of booking them.

Finance

PleX provides fully integrated finance features to enable effective control over revenue, creditor payments and profit reporting. Financial information can also be easily handed off to other in house financial systems.
