Perillo Has Agent Site

Perillo Tours has opened a travel agent Web site, www.perilloagents.com. The tour booking engine is linked to a live air reservation system powered by Sabre.

"As we sell nationally, we required an intelligent air system to link passengers from dozens of cities to our tours in Italy, Hawaii and beyond. This was achieved for both block and contract air by our system developers, HyperTech Solutions of White Plains, NY," said Perillo Tours president Steve Perillo.

HyperTech president Rakesh Mishra added, "While the Perillos maintain a simple, streamlined operation, we still could not find an off-the-shelf solution for them. So we built a system from the ground up to satisfy their needs and those of other travel sellers in the future."

Live Air and Land Booking

Features of the site include five-step live air and land booking, continuously updated availability and pricing information, immediate reservation confirmation, online brochure request, full online itinerary details and information on all Perillo destinations and hotels.

Agents can also create "E-brochures" bearing their return E-mail address and a personalized cover message and send them to clients.

Perillo Tours pays 10% commission on air and land for online bookings.
